Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Candidates must be actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Interest in a team-oriented, customer-focused industry with flexibility to support various operational needs.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of routine duties.
• Proficient with common software including MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
