Job summary

Ruppert Landscape is offering a 10-12 week paid Landscape Install Internship designed to provide hands-on training in field operations and branch activities. Interns will shadow teams in Project Management, Estimating, Sales and Operations to gain a comprehensive understanding of daily workflows.

Participants will receive dedicated mentorship, exposure to leadership development, and opportunities to work on meaningful projects with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in office and outdoor field environments.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in field operations and branch activities.
• Shadow Project Management, Estimating, Sales, and Operations to understand daily workflows.
