Job summary

Ruppert Landscape offers a 10-12-week Landscape Install Internship (May–August 2027) designed to provide hands-on field training and exposure to branch operations. You will shadow teams in project management, estimating, sales, and operations while receiving dedicated mentorship and networking opportunities.

Ideal candidates are actively pursuing a degree in horticulture or related fields, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in both office and outdoor settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Candidates must be actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Interest in working in a team-oriented, customer-focused industry with a willingness to support a variety of operational needs.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of routine job duties.
• Proficient in the use of computers and common software applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
