Ruppert Landscape is offering a Landscape Install Internship (May–Aug 2027) to students pursuing degrees in horticulture or related fields. The program delivers hands-on field training, mentorship, and exposure to project management, estimating, sales, and operations in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Interns gain real-world experience in field and office operations, with opportunities for networking, completion of meaningful projects, and potential future full-time roles after graduation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Job shadowing with Project Management, Estimating, Sales, and Operations.
• Dedicated mentorship and progress feedback throughout the internship.
• Management & leadership development exposure for future roles.
• Collaborative teamwork on meaningful projects with fellow interns.
