Job summary

Ruppert Landscape offers a 10-12‑week paid internship in landscape install, based in Virginia. You will gain hands-on field training, shadow teams in Project Management, Estimating, Sales and Operations, and receive dedicated mentorship to develop professional skills.

Interns will experience both field and office operations, with opportunities to network and potentially transition to full‑time employment after graduation. Schedule spans May–August 2027 and involves fieldwork outdoors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to support a variety of operational needs in a team setting.
• Comfortable working in office and outdoor field environments.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Job shadowing in Project Management, Estimating, Sales, and Operations.
• Dedicated mentorship and regular feedback to guide your development.
• Exposure to team-building, professional etiquette, communication, leadership, and management practices.
