Ruppert Landscape Co offers a 10–12 week Landscape Install Internship from May to August 2027. You will gain hands-on field and office experience, working with crews and mentors to learn landscape production and branch operations.

Interns can expect exposure to project management, estimating, sales, and operations, with opportunities for final presentation and potential full-time consideration after graduation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required
• Actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management or related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments

Responsibilities

• Assist field crews in landscape production and branch operations
• Shadow project management, estimating, sales, and operations to understand daily workflows
• Support mentors and teams to contribute to meaningful internship projects
