Job summary

Ruppert Landscape is offering a Landscape Install Internship for 10–12 weeks, May–August 2027, aimed at students pursuing horticulture or related fields. The program provides hands-on field training, job shadowing with management teams, dedicated mentorship, and leadership development within a collaborative environment.

Interns will gain exposure to field operations and office workflows, with a significant outdoor component.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Job shadowing with Project Management, Estimating, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Dedicated mentorship and feedback throughout the internship.
• Management and leadership development to prepare for future roles.
• Collaborative team environment with fellow interns and professionals.
• Participants will present their internship experience with key projects and lessons learned.
