Ruppert Landscape Co invites you to join a hands-on Landscape Install Internship lasting 10–12 weeks (May–August 2027). You will work on field operations, shadow teams, and gain practical experience across production, projects, and branch operations.

You'll be mentored, complete a final presentation, and may be considered for full-time roles after graduation. The program blends office and outdoor work, with training in leadership, teamwork, and professional networking.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Interest in working in a team-oriented, customer-focused industry with willingness to support a variety of operational needs.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of routine job duties.
• Proficient in common software applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Hands-On Field Training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Job Shadowing with teams in Project Management, Estimating, Sales, and Operations.
