Interns gain real-world experience in field and office operations and may pursue a department-based training path. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and active pursuit of a related degree.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a hands-on environment.
• Willingness to support a variety of operational needs in a team setting.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as part of routine duties.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
