Job summary

Heritage Pool Supply Group, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to develop new leads and rebuild relationships in the landscape industry. You will engage customers, understand their needs, and ensure a smooth sales process using CRM tools to drive revenue.

The role requires an entrepreneurial spirit, teamwork, and a solution-oriented approach, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required. Travel is minimal, with opportunities to support trade shows and events.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required or equivalent.
• Experience assisting customers with purchasing needs via in-person or phone interactions.
• Ability to generate new sales opportunities through proactive calls.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new leads and opportunities.
• Foster relationships with internal and external customers to maximize sales.
• Support outside sales in account management and order processing.
• Prepare product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals.
• Track and report sales performance using CRM.
• Drive sales with outbound calls, handling at least 15 customers daily.
• Collaborate with Credit and Lead Generation to maintain accounts and expedite orders.
• Maintain meticulous records of sales interactions, quotes, and transactions.
• Stay informed about product innovations, market trends, and competitors.
• Work with Sales Enablement to drive revenue and adoption of digital resources.
