Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is hiring an Inside Sales Associate in Noblesville, IN to grow the customer base and reclaim lost opportunities in the Landscape segment. You will identify leads, present solutions, and guide prospects through the sales process using CRM and digital tools.

The role demands teamwork, an entrepreneurial mindset, and strong communication. You will support the outside sales team, manage up to 15 client relationships daily, and stay current on product innovations and market

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new leads and opportunities.
• Support outside sales team in account management and order processing.
• Prepare product demonstrations, presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Track sales performance using CRM.
• Drive outbound calls to manage at least 15 customers daily.
• Maintain meticulous records of sales interactions, quotes, and transactions.
