Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Associate in Ft. Lauderdale to develop new leads, rebuild relationships with customers, and drive revenue in the Pool/Landscape segment.

You will use CRM tools to manage opportunities, process orders efficiently, and support the outside sales team with account management and demonstrations. The role emphasizes outbound outreach, strong communication, and a service-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, not required.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude.
• Background check and pre-employment drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new leads and opportunities.
• Foster relationships with internal and external customers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support outside sales team in account management and order processing.
• Prepare product demonstrations, presentations and proposals for clients.
• Track sales performance using CRM tools.
• Drive growth with proactive outbound calls, managing multiple customers daily.
• Collaborate with Credit and Lead Generation teams to expedite orders and identify opportunities.
• Maintain meticulous records of sales interactions, quotes, and transactions.
• Stay informed about product innovations and market trends.
