Medford Nursery Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to serve as a key resource for customers, helping them select plant material and products while delivering outstanding service from inquiry to fulfillment.

You will collaborate with the Outside Sales team, operations, and shipping to ensure on-time delivery, accurate quotes, and growth of customer accounts. This full-time, on-site role requires horticulture knowledge, strong communication, and organized problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in horticulture, nursery, landscaping, garden center operations, or related green industry.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landscape contractors, garden centers, and nursery customers.
• Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and customized solutions based on customer needs.
• Process quotes, sales orders, and customer inquiries accurately and efficiently.
• Identify new sales opportunities while growing existing customer accounts.
• Conduct daily inventory checks to monitor product availability.
• Coordinate customer pickups and work with operations to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Capture and distribute weekly photos of available plant material to support sales efforts.
• Partner with Outside Sales Representatives to maximize customer success and business growth.
• Deliver responsive, professional customer service.
• Assist with trade shows, customer visits, and other sales initiatives as needed.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be a resource for our customers, helping them find the right plant material and products while delivering an outstanding customer experience from inquiry through fulfillment. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and willing to learn internal sales and inventory systems.
• Ability to work full-time on-site.
• Willingness to attend industry trade shows and visit customers when needed.
