Job summary

MT Pool Distributors Inc - Ft. Lauderdale is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to develop new leads, nurture lost customer relationships, and manage orders with a focus on the Pool/Landscape industry.

You will engage customers, drive outbound activity, and use CRM tools to support a seamless sales process. The role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to communicate bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work cohesively within a team environment.
• Criminal and driving background check and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business leads and opportunities.
• Foster relationships with internal and external customers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support outside sales team in account management and order processing.
• Prepare product demonstrations, presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Track and report sales performance using CRM.
• Drive sales growth with proactive outbound calls, managing at least 15 customers daily using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with Credit and Lead Generation teams to maintain accounts and expedite order cycles.
• Maintain meticulous records of sales interactions, quotes, and transactions.
• Stay informed about product innovations, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Work with Sales Enablement Team to drive revenue.
• Adopt digital resources to improve efficiency and sales effectiveness.
• Requires minimal travel, limited to occasional attendance at trade shows and company events.
