Job summary

Terracare Associates in Martinez, CA is seeking a Landscape Crew Supervisor to direct crew activities on job sites according to schedules and standards, ensuring high-quality service under the Operations Manager.

The role requires 3-5 years of commercial landscape experience, a valid driver’s license, and a pesticide license or ability to obtain within a year. You will lead crews, assign daily tasks, monitor quality, and coordinate with the Area Manager.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of commercial landscape experience required.
• Valid driver license issued by the state where employed is strongly preferred.
• Pesticide License issued by the state where employed or ability to obtain within one year.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish strongly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and Implement job specifications for each site.
• Assign daily tasks to crew members and ensure compliance.
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, blowing, bed grooming, pruning, fertilizing and leaf pickup.
• Routinely monitor sites for quality and follow up with crews on performance improvements.
