Terracare Associates - A Monarch Landscape Company is seeking a Crew Leader in San Carlos, CA. As a Crew Leader, you will guide and oversee a team, ensuring high standards of landscape maintenance are met. You will be responsible for training crews and managing daily tasks, while maintaining excellent communication with the area manager.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in commercial landscaping and is bilingual in English and Spanish. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of commercial landscape experience required.
• Valid driver license issued by the state where employed.
• Pesticide license issued by the state where employed or ability to obtain within one year.
• Ability to operate commercial landscape equipment safely.
• Strong commitment to high quality of work and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for crew training and direction of daily tasks.
• Monitor sites for quality and follow up with crews.
• Assist area manager with ongoing training of crews.
• Perform minor irrigation repairs and maintenance.

Skills
