Job summary

Landscape Workshop in Southport, FL is hiring full-time Landscape Field Managers to lead crews, ensure safety, and coordinate scheduling and timekeeping for landscaping projects.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of landscape experience, be able to lift 50 lbs, operate walk-behind mowers, and communicate effectively. Bilingual is a plus; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate walk-behind mowers up to 80 lbs.

Experience operating landscape equipment safely (string trimmers, pruners, mowers, edgers, etc.)

Strong teamwork skills and ability to manage a weekly schedule

Motivated to provide high-quality service with strong time-management skills

Ability to communicate effectively, lead, and train crew members when needed

Ability to identify and address quality issues as they arise

At least 1 year relevant experience

English-speaking preferred; bilingual is a plus
