Job summary

Landscape Workshop in Bessemer, AL is seeking a crew member to support landscaping projects. You will work outdoors, operate equipment, and help ensure safety and quality on each site.

Role requires at least 1 year of experience, ability to lift heavy loads, and strong teamwork with good time management. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and operate walk-behind mowers up to 80 lbs.
• Experience operating landscape equipment safely (string trimmers, pruners, mowers, edgers, etc.).
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to manage a weekly schedule.
• Must have at least 1 year relevant experience; English-speaking preferred; bilingual is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
