Job summary

Landscape Workshop in Homestead, FL is seeking a full-time Landscape Enhancement Field Manager to oversee maintenance and installation tasks on client properties. You will lead crew members, supervise scheduling, and ensure safety standards are met on site.

Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while managing weekly timelines and delivering high-quality service to clients.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate walk-behind mowers up to 80 lbs.
• Experience operating landscape equipment safely (string trimmers, pruners, mowers, edgers, etc.).
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to manage a weekly schedule.
• Motivated to provide high-quality service with strong time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, lead, and train crew members when needed.
• Ability to identify and address quality issues as they arise.
• At least 1 year relevant experience.
