Job summary

Landscape Workshop is urgently hiring a Landscape Field Manager in Homestead, FL. This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license, strong leadership, and the ability to train crew while managing weekly schedules.

Competent in outdoor work, operating landscape equipment, and ensuring high-quality results, you will drive day-to-day site operations and safety on diverse projects in the area.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of landscaping or ground maintenance experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate common landscape equipment safely.
• Ability to lead, train crew members, and coordinate weekly schedules.
• Strong time-management skills and attention to quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist in job scheduling and timekeeping for crew.
• Lead and train crew members as needed on site.
• Identify and address quality issues promptly.
• Maintain daily coordination of work activities and safety.

• Assist in job scheduling & timekeeping for crew

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate walk-behind mowers up to 80 lbs.
• Experience operating landscape equipment safely (string trimmers, pruners, mowers, edgers, etc.)
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to manage a weekly schedule
• Motivated to provide high-quality service with strong time-management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively, lead, and train crew members when needed
• Ability to identify and address quality issues as they arise
• At least 1 year relevant experience
• English-speaking preferred; bilingual is a plus
