Job summary

Landscape Workshop is seeking a dedicated team member to perform landscaping maintenance on properties and support crew scheduling. You will ensure safety, communicate client needs, and assist with timekeeping.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to work outdoors in all weather, and experience operating common landscape tools. English proficiency is preferred, with bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and operate mower equipment.
• Experience operating landscape equipment safely (trimmers, pruners, mowers, edgers, etc.).
• Strong teamwork and ability to manage a weekly schedule.
• Motivated to provide high-quality service with good time-management.
• Ability to lead and train crew members when needed.
• English-speaking preferred; bilingual is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Description

Job Responsibilities & Duties

Perform landscaping maintenance on properties

Ensure following of all safety measures by crew members

Communicate with the client about property needs

Assist in job scheduling & timekeeping for crew

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate walk-behind mowers up to 80 lbs.

Experience operating landscape equipment safely (string trimmers, pruners, mowers, edgers, etc.)

Strong teamwork skills and ability to manage a weekly schedule

Motivated to provide high-quality service with strong time-management skills

Ability to communicate effectively, lead, and train crew members when needed

Ability to identify and address quality issues as they arise

At least 1 year relevant experience

English-speaking preferred; bilingual is a plus

Must have a valid driver's license
