Landscape Workshop is seeking a full-time crew member to support field operations in Taylors, SC. You will ensure safety standards, assist in scheduling, and communicate with clients to address property needs.

The role emphasizes teamwork, equipment operation, time management, and high-quality service. A valid driver’s license is required and English proficiency is preferred to coordinate with clients and team on site.

Qualifications

• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and operate walk-behind mowers up to 80 lbs.
• Experience operating landscape equipment safely (trimmers, pruners, mowers, edgers).
• Strong teamwork and ability to manage a weekly schedule.
• Motivated to provide high-quality service with good time-management.
• Able to communicate effectively, lead, and train crew members when needed.
• Identify and address quality issues as they arise.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• English-speaking preferred; bilingual is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
