Job summary

Landscape Workshop in Beaufort, SC, is hiring a full-time Landscape Field Manager to lead a crew on client properties, perform maintenance, and ensure safety and quality. You will coordinate with clients, help with scheduling and timekeeping, and train crew members to meet high standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to manage weekly schedules while delivering excellent service. Base pay ranges from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Experience operating landscape equipment safely.
• At least 1 year of relevant landscaping experience.
• English-speaking preferred; bilingual a plus.
• Strong time-management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and train crew members.
• Identify and address quality issues promptly.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate mowers up to 80 lbs.

Job Responsibilities & Duties

Perform landscaping maintenance on properties

Ensure following of all safety measures by crew members

Communicate with the client about property needs

Assist in job scheduling & timekeeping for crew

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate walk-behind mowers up to 80 lbs.

Experience operating landscape equipment safely (string trimmers, pruners, mowers, edgers, etc.)

Strong teamwork skills and ability to manage a weekly schedule

Motivated to provide high-quality service with strong time-management skills

Ability to communicate effectively, lead, and train crew members when needed

Ability to identify and address quality issues as they arise

At least 1 year relevant experience

English-speaking preferred; bilingual is a plus
