Job summary

Landscape Workshop in Kennesaw, GA is urgently hiring a full-time Landscape Field Manager to supervise crew, perform maintenance on properties, and ensure safety and quality on projects. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to manage weekly schedules and interact with clients.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of landscape experience, be able to operate common landscape equipment, and work well in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate walk-behind mowers up to 80 lbs.
• Experience operating landscape equipment safely (string trimmers, pruners, mowers, edgers, etc.).
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to manage a weekly schedule.
• Motivated to provide high-quality service with strong time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, lead, and train crew members when needed.
• Ability to identify and address quality issues as they arise.
• English-speaking preferred; bilingual is a plus.
• At least 1 year relevant experience.
