Job summary

Landscape Workshop in Dallas, TX is seeking a full-time Landscape Field Manager to lead our crew on local sites. You will perform landscaping maintenance, ensure safety, communicate with clients, and assist in job scheduling and timekeeping for the team.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of landscape experience, holds a valid U.S. driver's license, and can lift up to 50 lbs while operating mowers up to 80 lbs. English-speaking is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate walk-behind mowers up to 80 lbs.
• Experience operating landscape equipment safely (string trimmers, pruners, mowers, edgers, etc.).
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to manage a weekly schedule.
• Motivated to provide high-quality service with strong time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, lead, and train crew members when needed.

• Motivated to provide high-quality service with strong time-management skills

• Ability to identify and address quality issues as they arise
• At least 1 year relevant experience
• English-speaking preferred; bilingual is a plus
