Job summary

Landscape Workshop in Loganville, GA is seeking a full-time Landscape Field Manager to oversee property maintenance and supervise crew scheduling. You will lead a crew, ensure safety practices, and communicate client needs.

Starting pay is $18+ per hour, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits. Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant landscaping experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver's license with clean driving record.
• At least 1 year relevant landscaping experience.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong time-management and supervisory capabilities.
• English-speaking preferred; bilingual a plus.

Perform landscaping maintenance on properties

Assist in job scheduling & timekeeping for crew

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate walk-behind mowers up to 80 lbs.

Experience operating landscape equipment safely (string trimmers, pruners, mowers, edgers, etc.)

Strong teamwork skills and ability to manage a weekly schedule

Motivated to provide high-quality service with strong time-management skills

Ability to communicate effectively, lead, and train crew members when needed

Ability to identify and address quality issues as they arise

At least 1 year relevant experience

English-speaking preferred; bilingual is a plus
