BrightView is seeking an Enhancement Manager to lead and direct landscape enhancement services across client projects. You will coordinate crews, equipment, materials, and subcontractors, partnering with Account Managers to estimate, design, and present service options to clients.

You will train and develop crew members, schedule daily activities, monitor safety, and manage administrative tasks, ensuring quality work and cost efficiency in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (or equivalent) in a business-related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service, management and leadership experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience is required.
• PLANET Certification (Hard/Softscapes) must be obtained and maintained.

Responsabilités

• Understand client needs through regular communication with Account Managers.
• Manage all landscape enhancement services including materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Inspect properties and prepare action plans for service delivery.
• Identify irrigation repairs or adjustments and communicate recommendations.
• Oversee safety, scheduling, and quality standards across crews.
• Train and develop crew members, provide day-to-day guidance.
• Maintain administrative systems: time sheets, service schedules, databases.
• Assist Branch Manager with staffing, hiring, and daily crew schedules.
