Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Landscaping Crew Leader to direct and support a 2-5 person crew on site in Indianapolis. You’ll ensure tasks are completed safely, on time, and to BrightView’s quality standards.

This is not an entry-level role; candidates need at least 1 year of landscaping crew leadership experience, a valid driver’s license, and preferred chauffeur endorsement. Starting pay is $19 per hour, with increases based on experience and certifications.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of verifiable Landscaping Crew Leader experience.
• Not an entry-level role; leadership experience required.
• Valid Driver's License; chauffeur endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of 2–5 team members on site.
• Ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
• Oversee crews in maintenance, installation, irrigation, color management and chemical applications.
• Provide feedback to the Production Manager and assist in crew development.
