Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader Driver to manage site-level tasks on client sites and lead a crew of 2-5 teammates. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and quality standards while coordinating with the Operations Manager to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities include preparing landscape trucks, delivering services on schedule, training crew members, maintaining equipment, and keeping accurate time and maintenance records.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a range of landscape vehicles.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to direct 2-5 crew members.
• Experience in a landscape-related field and ability to follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks for daily operations, including loading and securing equipment and safely operating vehicles.
• Deliver services on client sites while maintaining schedules and meeting service expectations.
• Identify and escalate customer problems or concerns to the Operations Manager.
• Communicate with Operations Manager to ensure client needs are met or exceeded.
• Assist in resolving issues with customer service when needed.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew members.
• Provide feedback on crew performance and training.
