Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations at client sites, manage a 2–5 person crew, and ensure tasks are completed safely and to BrightView’s quality standards. The role covers maintenance, installation, irrigation, and color management, with a focus on high client satisfaction through effective leadership and service delivery.

The position requires leadership experience, a valid driver license, and a background in landscape work.

Qualifications

BrightView Equipment certifications.
Experience in a landscape-related field.
Demonstrated leadership among the team and with peers.
Valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
Supervise 2–5 crew members at client sites to ensure tasks are completed safely and to BrightView quality standards.
Assist in resolving customer service issues when needed.
Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies.
Communicate with Operations Manager to meet or exceed client needs and expectations.
Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew members.
Provide feedback to Operations Manager and help develop crew members.
Ensure equipment maintenance is performed and equipment is in good working order.
Log crew time and equipment usage as required.
