Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Crew Leader Driver to manage site-level tasks on client sites in Grand Rapids. You will direct 2-5 crew members, coordinate with the Operations Manager, and ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality standards across maintenance, landscape installation, and related services.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to operate multiple vehicles, and leadership experience in a landscape setting.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Able to operate various vehicles, with or without trailers.
• Experience in a landscape-related field.
• Demonstrated leadership among the team and with peers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks for daily operations and secure equipment.
• Deliver services on client sites while maintaining schedules and quality.
• Supervise 2-5 crew members and delegate tasks.
• Ensure work is performed safely in accordance with company policies.
• Log crew time via electronic time capture and monitor equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate with the Operations Manager to meet client needs and expectations.
• Provide feedback on crew performance and assist in training.
• Identify and elevate customer concerns to the Operations Manager.
