DJ's Landscape Management is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead Landscape Construction teams of 10–25 members, drive productivity, and ensure safety and quality on site. You will coach crews, plan scheduling, and manage resources to meet client specs and company standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, accurate reporting, and collaboration with the Operations Manager. This full-time position offers competitive compensation and benefits in a drug-free workplace.

The Landscape Construction Operations Supervisor plays an essential role on our team by leading and managing the team members providing Landscape Construction and Enhancement services in accordance to customer expectations, company values, and safety standards. The Supervisor role reports to the department Operations Manager and is directly responsible for the oversight of 10-25 team members. Coaching and development of the team members, service-delivery/quality control, scheduling & planning, management of area resources, and driving productivity are all key focuses of this role.

Requirements

• Supervision of production crews
• Development and coaching of production crews
• Planning, organizing, and preparing to ensure services are provided in a productive and efficient manner
• Ensuring costs of materials, equipment and production are kept accurate, and that jobs are completed to client specifications.

• Previous experience supervising and leading crews
• Landscape Industry experience desired, but not required

• Basic MS Office proficiency
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
