Job summary

DJ's Landscape Management is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to guide our maintenance team in daily outdoor work, including mulching, pruning, bed edging, and plant care. This hands-on leadership role directs crews to complete quality work while focusing on safety and equipment care.

You will own field projects, coordinate with teammates, and ensure timely completion, while taking pride in the craft and contributing to ongoing training and development within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the green industry and/or supervisory experience.
• Requires a Chauffeur's license (or the ability to obtain one) and a smart phone.
• Ability to bend, squat, and lift for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop landscaping crews to ensure quality work.
• Prepare and operate company equipment and supervise field tasks.

Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader

Landscaping Maintenance Team Members perform a wide range of landscape-related tasks which build into several different career paths within the Landscaping Industry. These tasks include mulch installation, pruning, bed edging, perennial care, weeding, & spraying. Crew Leaders are responsible for preparing and driving company equipment, directing, and developing their crews to ensure quality work is performed, caring for equipment, and ensuring safety. In addition to leadership responsibilities, this is a hands-on position which allows you to take full ownership in accomplishing the work in the field.

Requirements
