DJ's Landscape Management is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead Landscape Construction teams of 10–25 members, drive productivity, and ensure safety and quality on site. You will coach crews, plan scheduling, and manage resources to meet client specs and company standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, accurate reporting, and collaboration with the Operations Manager. This full-time position offers competitive compensation and benefits in a drug-free workplace.

Qualifications

• Supervise production crews and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
• Plan, organize and prepare to deliver services productively and efficiently.
• Control material, equipment and production costs while meeting client specs.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures.
• Organize and manage assigned resources for projects.
• Develop team members through hands-on coaching and feedback.
• Submit production-related information accurately and timely.
• Demonstrate willingness to uphold company core values: Safety, Collaboration, Professionalism, Accountability, and Achievement.
• Proficient in MS Office and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage team members delivering Landscape Construction and Enhancement services.
