Job summary

Juniper Landscaping, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to drive operational and financial performance for a portfolio of clients in Katy, TX. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of field teams while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring project quality.

You will manage P&L, coordinate maintenance schedules, and promote safety and efficiency across operations, with a focus on growth and long-term success for the company.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and strong communication skills across teams and clients.
• Experience in managing multi-disciplinary crews in landscaping or service industries.
• Knowledge of safety best practices and ability to promote a safe work environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with Adobe tools for reporting and planning.
• Valid US driver’s license and ability to meet MVR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and staff development to enhance team performance.
• Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Foster inclusive culture, recognize achievements, and maintain high employee satisfaction.
• Support Talent Acquisition on onboarding, I-9, and training plans for new hires.
• Oversee daily maintenance, field crew productivity, and contract compliance.
• Perform site inspections to ensure quality and identify improvements.
• Build strong client relationships through regular updates and site visits.
• Manage P&L, labor, materials, inventory, and equipment costs to sustain profitability.
• Develop streamlined processes to improve service delivery and efficiency.
• Present reports on account performance and client feedback; propose enhancements.
• Participate in meetings to align goals and identify growth opportunities.
• Stay updated on landscape technologies and industry best practices.
