Job summary

Juniper is seeking an Account Manager to lead the operational and financial performance of a multi-site landscaping portfolio. You will build strong client relationships, drive service excellence, and oversee maintenance schedules and field crews.

You will recruit and onboard staff, manage performance, ensure safety compliance, and deliver performance reports. A proactive leader with strong communication will advance growth and client satisfaction across the team.

Qualifications

• 5 years of landscaping or service industry experience with 3 years of managing multi-million-dollar portfolio
• Leadership or management experience preferred
• GI-BMP certification within first 90 days
• LF (Urban Fertilizer) Certification preferred
• Proficient with MS Office, Adobe and mobile devices

Responsibilities

• Drive operational and financial performance of assigned portfolio
• Build strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
• Lead recruitment, hiring, and onboarding activities
• Oversee daily maintenance schedules and field crew performance
• Prepare and present reports on account performance and improvements
• Promote safety policies and conduct safety investigations
• Collaborate in regular meetings to align on goals and growth opportunities
• Stay informed on landscaping technologies and practices to support client decisions
