Job summary

Juniper Landscaping in Panama City Beach, FL is seeking an Account Manager to drive the operational and financial performance of a multi-million-dollar portfolio while ensuring client satisfaction, safety, and quality across projects.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management; build strong client relationships; and oversee P&L, field operations, and service delivery to meet contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• 5 years landscaping or service industry experience, with 3 years managing multi-million-dollar portfolio.
• 2 years leadership/management experience preferred.
• GI-BMP within the first 90 days holding position required.
• LF Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training for new employees.
• Manage performance with clear expectations and feedback.
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment and retention.
• Assist Talent Acquisition with onboarding and I-9 processing.
• Oversee schedules, field crew performance, and efficiency.
• Conduct site inspections for quality and compliance.
• Build strong client relationships through regular engagement.
• Oversee P&L, labor, materials, inventory, and equipment costs.
• Develop streamlined processes to improve service delivery.
• Prepare reports on account performance and site conditions.
• Participate in regular meetings to align on goals.
• Stay updated on landscape practices and technologies.
• Perform tasks carried out by team members when needed.
• Follow safety policies and assist in investigations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
