Job summary

Juniper is seeking an Account Manager to drive the operational and financial performance of a multi-million-dollar portfolio in the landscaping and service industry. You will build strong client relationships, ensure service excellence, and promote safe, high-quality work.

Lead recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management; oversee site inspections, scheduling, and field crew productivity; and present regular reports to optimize profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5 years in landscaping or service industry experience with multi-million dollar portfolio management preferred.
• 2 years of leadership or management experience strongly preferred.
• GI-BMP knowledge within 90 days of employment; LF Certification preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; proficient in coordinating across teams.
• Valid US driver's license and MVR verification.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and training to elevate team skills and performance.
• Manage performance, provide feedback, and foster accountability and growth.
• Build client relations through regular engagement, site visits, and updates.
• Oversee daily maintenance, field crew performance, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor safety policies and assist with investigations and corrective actions.
• Manage P&L, including labor, materials, inventory, and equipment expenses.
• Develop streamlined processes to improve service delivery and profitability.
• Prepare reports on account performance and client feedback for enhancements.
