Job summary

KEI is seeking a client-focused Account Manager to oversee commercial landscape maintenance accounts and ensure exceptional service delivery. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will build long-term client relationships, manage service contracts, coordinate with operations, and identify opportunities to enhance client properties through KEI’s full suite of services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in landscape account management or related role.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, turf care, irrigation, and snow/ice management practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM and work order management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring needs and expectations are met.
• Oversee contracted landscape maintenance services and ensure quality.
• Coordinate with operations teams to schedule services and address client requests.
• Identify and propose enhancement opportunities and present proposals with estimating and operations teams.
• Track profitability and billing, renewals, and client satisfaction.
