Job summary

KEI seeks a client-focused Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to oversee commercial landscape maintenance accounts and ensure exceptional service delivery. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the role oversees contracts, coordinates with operations, and identifies opportunities to enhance client properties.

This role blends customer service, operational oversight, and horticultural knowledge to deliver excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in landscape account management, customer service, or related role.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, turf care, irrigation systems, and snow/ice management practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to providing exceptional client experiences.
• Proficiency with CRM and work order management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring needs and expectations are met.
• Build trust through site visits, proactive communication, and responsive problem-solving.
• Conduct property walks with clients to identify opportunities for enhancements.
