Job summary

Gothic Landscape in San Jose, CA seeks a Landscape Management Account Specialist to deliver outstanding service while coordinating production crews.

You will build lasting client relationships, manage field crews, perform quality reviews, and help grow contracts across targeted markets. Strong communication and bilingual skills are highly valued; a horticulture degree and supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 or 4-year college degree in Horticulture
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Strong customer service, sales and communication experience
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Interpersonal written and verbal skills; bilingual Spanish/English preferred

Responsibilities

• Create strong relationships with customers through communication and service, ensuring timely quality service on projects
• Manage crew members including dispatch, performance management, addressing complaints, and workload planning
• Provide proactive site quality reviews and communicate assessments
• Network and earn referrals to drive growth
• Lead the branch in growing base contracts in targeted markets and geographies
• Assist the branch team in achieving quality, retention, growth and profitability
