Job summary

Gothic Landscape in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to lead client relationships, oversee field operations, and grow the branch’s portfolio of commercial accounts. You will manage crews, develop your team, and develop value-driven proposals to deliver outstanding service.

This role requires a proven track record in commercial landscaping, 5+ years of experience, and strong sales, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial landscape experience with client and crew management.
• Proven success managing a large portfolio of commercial landscape accounts.
• 2–4 year degree in horticulture, landscape management, business, or related field preferred.
• 2–3+ years of experience training and managing multiple landscape crews.
• 3+ years in customer service, sales, account management, or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present proposals and bids.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial landscape clients through consistent communication and service.
• Lead field operations, dispatch, workload planning, coaching, and addressing concerns.
• Develop your team and identify opportunities for growth; prepare proposals and bids.
• Network within the market to generate referrals and new business opportunities.
• Grow the branch’s contract base in targeted market segments and locations.
• Partner with leadership to achieve retention, quality, growth, and profitability goals.
