Gothic Landscape in Hayward, CA is hiring a Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to lead field operations and nurture client relationships. You will manage crews, plan workloads, and develop your team to deliver exceptional service for commercial clients.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial landscaping with strong sales and customer service skills, plus experience training crews. This on-site role offers a competitive salary and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial landscape experience with client and crew management.
• 2-3+ years of experience training and managing multiple landscape crews.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including proposals and bids.
• Proven success managing a large portfolio of commercial landscape accounts.
• Bachelor's or 2-4 year degree preferred in related field; equivalent experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial landscape clients through communication and service.
• Lead field operations, including dispatch, workload planning, and performance management.
• Develop your team and coach staff to improve service quality.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and develop proposals and bids.
• Grow the branch's contract base in targeted market segments and areas.
• Partner with leadership to achieve goals on retention, quality, growth, and profitability.
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and recommending solutions.
