Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of commercial landscape experience
• Proven ability to manage a large portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts
• Degree in Landscape Management, Horticulture, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• 2–3+ years experience training and leading multiple crews
• 3+ years of customer service, sales, or account management success
• Strong proposals and bids writing and presentation skills

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with commercial landscape clients through proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Manage a portfolio of landscape maintenance accounts, ensuring quality, timely, and profitable service.
• Lead and support field crews, including morning dispatch, workload planning, performance management, coaching, and addressing concerns.
• Conduct property and site quality inspections and communicate findings and action plans to clients and internal teams.
• Partner with branch leadership and operations to improve retention, service quality, productivity, and profitability.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through additional services and consultative selling.
