The role includes direct client contact, site visits, and producing proposals, with a winter focus on snow operations. A strong customer service mindset and industry knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling landscape maintenance contracts and snow removal contracts.
• Ability to prepare estimates and proposals.
• Strong field supervision and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to sell maintenance and snow contracts.
• Prepare estimates and proposals for presentation.
• Visit sites daily to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
• Direct crews with planned maintenance orders.
• Suggest additional services to enhance landscapes.
