ALM Commercial Landscaping in Huntsville is seeking a Landscape Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between commercial clients and field crews. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, ensure top-tier service, and identify opportunities to expand our landscape services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service and management
• Experience in commercial landscaping preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Willingness to work outdoors and travel to properties

Responsibilities

• Build lasting customer relationships and be primary contact for assigned accounts
• Oversee service quality through regular property inspections and walkthroughs
• Coordinate schedules with field operations and crews
• Grow accounts by identifying landscape enhancements and additional services
• Manage contract renewals and maintain strong customer relationships
• Monitor service costs and maintain accurate customer records
• Provide guidance and on-site support to field employees to reinforce standards
