About The Opportunity

As a Landscape Account Manager, you'll serve as the primary connection between our customers and field operations teams. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of commercial landscape accounts, ensuring customers receive exceptional service while identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow those relationships.

This is a dynamic role that combines customer relationship management, landscape operations, business development, and team collaboration. You'll spend time in the field visiting properties, working alongside production teams, and partnering with customers to ensure their properties look their best.

What You'll Do

• Build lasting customer relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned customers, proactively addressing needs, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Oversee service quality: Conduct regular property inspections and walkthroughs to ensure landscape maintenance services meet customer expectations and company standards.
• Partner with field operations: Work closely with Crew Leaders and production teams to coordinate schedules, communicate priorities, and ensure work is completed efficiently and within budget.
• Grow your accounts: Identify and sell landscape enhancements, additional services, and property improvements that bring value to customers.
• Support account retention: Manage contract renewals, maintain strong customer relationships, and identify opportunities to expand existing business.
• Manage account performance: Assist with budgets, monitor service costs, maintain accurate customer records, and help resolve outstanding invoices.
• Support team development: Provide guidance and on-site support to field employees to reinforce service expectations, quality, and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of customer service and management experience, preferably in commercial landscaping or a related industry; a degree in horticulture or similar field is ideal.
• Experience with landscape maintenance operations, including mowing, trimming, pruning, irrigation, and general property care, is required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts, priorities, and deadlines.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with field operations teams.
• Willingness to work outdoors, conduct frequent property visits, and occasionally assist with hands-on field activities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk extended distances during property inspections.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to successfully complete pre-employment background and drug screening.
