DJ's Landscape Management in Wixom, MI is seeking an Account Manager to manage an established portfolio of client accounts, focusing on retention and growth within an existing customer base.

You will build strong, long-term client relationships, serve as the primary contact, coordinate with operations to ensure high-quality service delivery, and identify opportunities to upsell additional landscape services.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in account management, client service, or B2B sales
• 3–5 years of experience in the landscaping or green industry required
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships and manage expectations
• Experience identifying opportunities and selling additional services within existing accounts
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle client concerns and navigate challenging situations professionally
• Experience working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
• Desire and ability to embody the Core Values of Safety, Collaboration, Professionalism, Accountability and Achievement
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Responsabilidades

• Manage and service an existing portfolio of client accounts
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and serve as their primary point of contact
• Ensure client satisfaction by working closely with operations teams on service delivery
• Identify opportunities for landscape enhancements and additional services
• Recommend and sell additional work based on client needs and property opportunities
• Drive client retention, renewals, and overall account growth
• Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Generate referrals and support new business opportunities
• Maintain accurate account and activity records in CRM systems
