Job summary

Rapoza Landscape is seeking a Landscaping Account Manager to cultivate and maintain client relationships in a team-focused environment. The role includes producing landscape estimates, managing sales leads, and coordinating with production teams to ensure timely project delivery.

The position offers a competitive compensation package with salary around $70,000+ plus bonus potential to reach six figures, health insurance, Simple IRA with 4% company match, PTO, and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Requires Massachusetts driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in the green industry.
• Working knowledge of horticultural and landscaping services, maintenance, and installation.
• Ability to learn company estimating/tracking software (Aspire/LMN or similar).
• Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality landscape estimates with supporting materials (photos, sketches, references).
• Compile and maintain prospective residential customers as sales leads and determine best contact approach.
• Call on regular and prospective clients to solicit orders, quote prices and prepare sales contracts.
• Assist in coordinating scheduling of landscaping, installation, or maintenance with production manager, clients and crews.
• Review work orders to determine priorities and schedule resources, materials, and equipment to meet client due dates.
• Interact with clients to answer questions or address concerns and create quality landscape solutions.
• Communicate regularly with clients, supervisors, designers, and landscape/maintenance teams.
• Prepare reports on sales contacts, status on potential sales, and sales projections; update status with Sales/Production Managers.
• Consistently evaluate work to meet internal and external client expectations and maintain high quality.
