Job summary

SunGrow Landscape Maintenance in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking an Account Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships while overseeing daily service operations. You will lead a team and coordinate with irrigation, agronomy, and arbor care divisions to ensure top-quality service across portfolios.

The ideal candidate has proven account management experience in commercial landscaping, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to manage budgets and project plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer account management within commercial landscaping.
• Operations management experience in commercial landscape industry.
• Excellent communication, team leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Bachelor’s or associate’s degree preferred; conversational Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong client relationships with proactive communication with all stakeholders.
• Deliver excellent customer service by educating clients on horticultural best practices and addressing problems proactively.
• Conduct landscape quality assessments and provide recommendations for property enhancements.
• Assist clients in property improvement plans and annual budgets.
• Lead a team of 12-25 employees across 3-5 landscape maintenance crews.
• Collaborate with enhancement, irrigation, agronomy, and arbor care divisions to ensure seamless service delivery.
